Society has added many tools for helping us tame our cynical characteristics. We have therapists, psychiatrists, and medicines to provide treatment. Before these practices, we could rely on philosophy and religion.
Conclusion
Adding philosophy to our daily practice, we can build upon our firm foundation. We can live with confidence. We can endure catastrophic events. We can become the best version of ourselves.
