We say we want to lose weight and be healthier, but we don't change our diet and fail to perform any exercise. We say we want to become better people, but we fail to surround ourselves with good people. We are constantly working against ourselves.
Conclusion
It is important to reflect and ask ourselves important questions. What do I truly want? What is my end game here?
The honest answer to those questions will illuminate the contradictory behaviors we are facing.
