Active professionals are actively practicing and working to improve. A web developer, a doctor, a farmer... they all need to be growing within their field (no pun intended for the farmer).
Conclusion
Our job is not always promised to us. Our minds and knowledge, however, are ours to keep our entire lives. We should strive to grow our knowledge and skills.
